1st Philippine Belly Dance Festival
The Philippine Belly Dance Festival was a summer-ender dance concert and outdoor fair that featured some of the top belly dance performers and instructors from all over the country.
This event brought together talents from Manila, Davao, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu and other regions; seasoned performers who performed a variety of Belly Dance styles in one spectacular night of color and drama. The show also featured popular dance celebrities like Ms. Regine Tolentino as well as dance groups performing jazz, ballroom, flamenco and hip hop.
The BellyFest was held at the Ateneo de Manila, Henry Lee Irwin Theater and Grounds, last June 9, 2007.
