4th impeachment complaint filed against Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo
A new impeachment complaint against President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo was filed Monday morning by Jose ‘Joey’ de Venecia III, Iloilo Vice-Governor Rolex Suplico, and public interest lawyer Harry Roque.
The complaint, accusing her, among others, of betrayal of public trust was endorsed by Bayan Muna Reps. Satur Ocampo, Teddy Casino, and Gabriela Rep. Liza Maza.
Grounds included in the complaint are:
- betrayal of public trust after she approved the National Broadband Network (NBN) telecommunications deal with China’s ZTE Corp., saying that the deal was overpriced by at least $130M
- culpable violation of the Constitution for approving the Northrail rehabilitation project;
- numerous human rights violations;
- graft and corruption for her administration’s involvement in various irregularities including the P728M fertilizer scam, P2B swine scam; and,
- alleged ballot-switching in the 2004 presidential election.

these accusations are very hard to prove. y not include “abuse of power” too much pardon in her term of office, releasing convicted high profile personalities only..
i dont see sincerity to these same people who want to destroy democracy by democracy.

nyek si erap pa lang ang presidente at nakaranas ng impeachment trial pero he was never impeached…he was ousted and later on convicted by a kangaroo court summoned by gloria, the greatest usurper ever.

ano ba?! hindi na sila naawa sa kalikasan! more than 500 pages ng coupon bond ang sinayang nila sa pag copy paste ng mga kasalanan ni arroyo! mabuti pa si attorney pullido 2 pages lang, at least very environment friendly yung totoy na yun!

Tama na ang impeachment!!! Even the opposition believes that they can’t connect PGMA directly to corruption.
Tsaka, sinu-sino ba ang mga pro-impeachment:
a. remnants of the conjugal dictatorship
b. mga galamay ng napatalsik na si Erap
c. mga cause-oriented groups na forever opposition
d. mga di nabigyan ng pwesto nung maupo si PGMA
e. mga ambisyosong gusto at atat na atat na manirahan sa Malacanang
f. mga dilawang ewan – ano ba ang contribusyon ni Cory sa bansa?
