6,533 law grads take 2008 bar exams given by Supreme Court

The 2008 Bar Examinations given by the Supreme Court of the Philippines kicked off at the De La Salle University (DLSU) Sunday.
A record number of 6,533 law graduates took the exams, which will be held on all four Sundays of this month (September 7, 14, 21, and 28). More than 1,440 personnel, acting as watchers and coordinators, were deployed by the Supreme Court. The Philippine Bar Examination is the national licensure exam for the admission to the practice of law.
