ABS-CBN Network bagged 14 trophies from the 4th USTv Students Choice Awards held last night at the UST medicine auditorium. Now on its fourth year, the USTv Students’ Choice Awards, aims to recognize artistic excellence and to promote Christian values in television programming.

Student’s choice of local news program – TV Patrol World

Studen’t choice of male and female news and public affairs hosts – Julius Babao and Karen Davila

Best Variety Talk Program – Boy and Kris

Student’s choice of reality show – Pinoy Big Brother Season 2

Student’s choice of drama program – Maalaala Mo Kaya

Student’s choice of sitcom – That’s My Doc

Most Popular Entertainment News Program – The Buzz

Most Popular Variety Show – ASAP ’07

Students’ choice of education program – Sineskwela

Public affairs talk show program – Y Speak

Most responsible youth-oriented TV station – Studio 23

Students’ choice of foreign soap opera – Princess Hours

Students’ choice of public service program – Salamat Dok

This annual event is organized by the Office of the Secretary General in cooperation with the Office for Student Affairs, Central Student Council, the Student Organizations Coordinating Council, the Office of Public Affairs, the Social Research Center, the Institute of Religion, Educational Technology Center and other related offices.
