ABS-CBN weatherman, TV host, and Trivia King Kuya Kim Atienza suffered a mild stroke Wednesday morning but is now in stable condition at the Makati Medical Center.
He was reportedly on his way to ABS-CBN when he complained of dizziness. His driver rushed him to PGH (Philippine General Hospital) where it was determined that he had a mild stroke. He was then transferred to MMC around noon. His father, former DENR Secretary Lito Atienza said that his son’s recovery is fast. “Mabilis ang recovery. Fantastic ito si Kim. His speech is normal, ‘yong kanyang thinking process is normal, ang movement is normal. But he has to take it easy,” he said.
