Actor Rudy Fernandez passes away

Filipino movie actor Rudy Fernandez finally succumbed after a hard-fought battle with periampullary cancer at his home in White Plains, Quezon City at 6:15 a.m. Saturday.

He was 55 56. He had been battling the disease for more than two years. He is survived by his wife, actress Lorna Tolentino, with whom he has two children.

    Oh my geese.
    I knew it at Startalk when they had this fancy “Pangako” slide with Rudy Fernandez there as their intro. The setting was filled with clouds and I thought, “Oh my God”. I knew then. It really feels bad. I just saw him on TV during his last birthday. Anyways, God has a beter plan for him and his family.
