AJ “Bazooka” Banal wins by TKO against Caril Herrera

Filipino boxer AJ “Bazooka” Banal defeats previously undefeated Uruguay’s Caril Herrera for the IBF super flyweight eliminator at the “Invasion: Philippines vs The World” at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.
Banal won by technical knockout after the referee stopped the fight 1:18 in Round 4. This came after Herrera staggered to the ropes following Banal’s hard punches. Banal is still unbeaten with 17 wins and 1 draw, 13 of them coming by way of knockout.
