Alfredo Lim back as Manila Mayor

Senator Alfredo “Dirty Harry” Lim who’s just awaiting proclamation is back as Mayor of Manila.
He was mayor of the said city from 1992-1998 and was notorious for embarrassing drug pushers by spray-painting their houses as part of a shame campaign. He feels that he’s better off implementing the existing laws as Manila mayor rather than making them in the Senate. He also intends to continue the good programs of the outgoing mayor, Lito Atienza.
