Angel Locsin, “Kahit Isang Saglit,” “Magdusa Ka,” nominated for International Emmy Awards 2009
Angel Locsin, ABS-CBN’s “Kahit Isang Saglit,” and GMA-7’s “Magdusa Ka” are among the official nominees in the 37th International Emmy Awards (2009), the International Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (IATAS) announced Monday.
Angel Locsin was nominated under the Best Performace by an Actress category for her performance in the teleserye Lobo.
Meanwhile, two Filipino made series made it under the Telenovela category. ABS-CBN’s “Kahit Isang Saglit,” which starred Jericho Rosales and Carmen Soo and GMA-7’s “Magdusa Ka,” which starred Katrina Halili and Dennis Trillo.
The winners will be announced on November 23, 2009 at the 37th International Emmy Awards ceremony Hilton New York Hotel.

Congratulations in advance to the Philippine nominees for International Emmy Awards, nominating in this kind of International competition is a big honor for our country, it seems that our country is not only good for singing competition but also in Telenovela.
By the way Lobo was also got the award for best telenovela in the recent BANFF TV Awards in Canada.

indeed, her transfer to ABS-CBN was a very wise decision on her part. at dapat naman talagang hindi over-exposed ang mga artista kasi pinagsasawaan ng mga tao kung laging nakikita ang mga pagmumukha nila all over the place.

I am verry happy na nanominate ang sinenovela ni KATRINA HALILI. m so thankful at nakasali si katrina..grabeh kah..sana manalo ang sinenovela moh…hehehe..talunin moh mga kalaban.. pang world class ang MAGDUSA KA!..pangalan pa lang pamatay nahh!..magdusa ka!hahahaha,pray ko sana manalo yan.hehei love you katrina.

International Emmy Awards ay magkaiba sa Emmy Awards kase hindi kasali ang US progrmas puro foreign productiions.
Internationa Competition sya pero hindi kasali ang US prng wala din kase ang pinakamagand programs nsa US lng

Si Angel Locsin lng ang nakagawa nyan kahit mga original na Kapams nilampaso ni Angel kya si Claudine di na nagrenwe ng contract sa ABS CBN lol! Good for Angel Former Queen ng GMA and now Queen of ABS CBN! Talbog lahat ni Angel Kapamilya man o Kapuso
