Angel Locsin urged to file charges

Optical Media Board (OMB) chairman Edu Manzano urged Angel Locsin to file the appropriate criminal charges against the distributors of her alleged scandals.
The girl on the video is not Angel Locsin but Thai actress Natt Chanapa who was arrested and prosecuted by the Thai government for her appearance in that adult film.
