Angelica Panganiban: First Maxim Philippines Cover Girl

The first issue of Maxim Philippines (July 2006) features the voluptuous Angelica Panganiban on the cover. She’s definitely a breath of fresh air in the men’s mag industry in times where all the covergirls in other men’s mags are “recycled”. ABS-CBN Publishing, Inc. is the publisher of Maxim Philippines.

I don’t see any “edit” in her pictures. She’s really “banging!” I don’t understand why some people here are so envious! She got it all – she nailed this photoshoot! and besides, I don’t think MAXIM will jeopardize their company for doing such thing. Maxim is a very well known magazine so just back off.

A lot of people will agree that this is by far her best photoshoot!

People can think what they want but it’s proven fact that every cover on ever issue
of a magazine has been editted to perfection. That’s just the way things go, believe
it or not. They tweak everything to give the appearance of flawlessness. Be it
removing some dark spots on the face, a change of skin tone, making you appear
skinnier, change of lighting, etc.

But regardless, the tweaks could be only minor. I mean, Angie still looks very
much like her gorgeous self in her pictorials. I think it’s refereshing to see
her grace the pages of the first issueof MAXIM P.I. She’s got a simple and
classic look about her. It’s not over the top, she’s not too made up, and
glammed out. A really sweet, girl-next-door theme to her pictorial. I love it!
