Apple releases new iPods

Steve Jobs made the announcement at the “Showtime” Event which was held at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts Theater in San Francisco last night. The iPod video which was previously available in 30GB and 60GB now comes in 30GB and a whopping 80GB.
The iPod nano on the other hand is now thinner and has an anodized aluminum enclosure. It now comes in 2GB, 4GB, and 8GB. The 4GB is available not just in black or white but also in green, blue, and pink. The iPod shuffle now comes only in 1GB which is now a lot smaller and is considered the world’s smallest digital music player. Battery life has also improved in all newly realeased iPods. Apple also launched iTunes 7 where you can download not just songs but also movies.
