ASUS Eee PC 900 in the Philippines
The ASUS Eee PC 900 is an update to ASUS’ low-cost Eee PC laptop line.
This brings several improvements, including a high-resolution 8.9in. screen, more storage (12GB and 20GB), more memory (1GB), a multi-touch touchpad (Finger Glide) and an improved webcam (1.3M pixels). It will be formally launched here in the Philippines on May 12. The suggested retail price will be 25,000 pesos or maybe lower.

Pinalitan ko na siya ng DreamBook Light IL1. It’s smaller, mas malaki din ang storage. Kaso yung webcam is .3 megapixels lang tyaka mas mabigat siya ng kaunti. $450 lang ang bili ko. So far for me mas gusto ko ito kesa sa ASUS Eee pc 900.

kewl i like it… im tired of using my HP pavilion D8000z.. yesh mas mura kaso liit ng memry.. pero kay lng wahekhekzz.. pang gift sa GF..=P

Move over ASUS Eee PC 900 and DreamBook Light. Andito na ang HP Mini Note 2133! Waaaaa 24k lang siya nung inintroduce ng HP sa UP. I saw one in Trinoma na I want I want I want. I need a VERY good reason para magpabili.

Looks good on paper, but the old-school VIA processor doesn’t seem to perform well (based on reviews that I read). Another issue that I read about is the thin plastic layer over the scree which makes the screen overly reflective (especially in ordinary room daylight).
