Bea Alonzo’s The Real Me from Star Records
Aside from bagging the lead role in the tagalized version of Betty La Fea, Bea Alonzo is busy promoting her debut album from Star Records titled “The Real Me.”
When asked about her album, Bea has this to say “Dito ko mapapakita yung totoong ako. Tsaka doon sa selection ng music pa lang, lahat talaga ng songs na gusto ko, in-include dyan.” Also included is the song “Kagandaha,” an original composition and is also the theme of Betty La Fea. Catch Bea Alonzo’s performances live at SM Fairview on June 21, SM Dasmariñas on June 28, Robinsons Manila on July 12, and SM Bacooor on July 19.

in terms of acting i cant say anything against bea!

IMO.. sa Pilipinas maraming trying hard na (recording) singer yung totoong high-talented performers took them century before they could break into the mainstream…minsang never pa.. just look at Joseph Cipcon sayang wala na sya (search in YT).
Now, look at Arnel Pineda.. it took him 3 decades bago naging kilala sa Pilipinas tapos noong kilala na sya sa buong mundo at minsan nag-guest (sa ASAP yata??) nakipag-duet pa si Zha-Zha at Martin ANO BA YAN aagawan pa ng eksena yun tuloy sumama ang performance. Just check it out in YouTube.
In other word sana mag-concentrate na lang yung mga actors/actress into acting wag ng maki agaw eksena.. just my $.02.

hello!!!! Bea is very talented and very beauiful. She is a true box office queen and she deserve to have everything. She can sing, dance and act well. Go Bea your the best. I watched myx last night and i’m quite surprise with Bea’s singing talent. Since this is the first time i saw her singing i almost didn’t recognize her. without any bias and knowing that it’s Bea, she sings I’m Missing You very well. Her voice is better than Toni Gonzaga’s . Good Luck and hope her singing career flourishes as well.
