Beyonce falls

Former lead singer for “Destiny’s Child” Beyonce Knowles was making her way down a flight of stairs when she stepped on her trench coat and then tumbled head-first down 12 steps at the Amway Arena in Orlando, Florida.

She dropped face first in front of the crowd as she performed her song Ring the Alarm. But she quickly bounced back up and continued with the performance. Twenty thousand fans were stunned.
