Big Brother Australia housemate Unaware Of Father’s Death

Twenty four year old Big Brother Australia contestant Emma Cornell is still unaware that his father Raymond Cornell died of cancer last week.
The decision by the makers of Big Brother not to tell Emma that her father has died has been condemned as inhumane, unethical and psychologically damaging. But Emma’s family brushed off criticisms saying that it was their father’s request that Emma be allowed to finish the show before being told of his death. The father also requested that his death remain private from the Big Brother hype.
