BlackBerry 9780 Price in the Philippines

Research In Motion (RIM), maker of the BlackBerry has updated its Bold series to the 9780 officially.

BlackBerry 9780 compared to the 9700 has a 5 megapixel camera with autofocus and flash (instead of 3.2), has 512MB RAM (9700 has 256), has a 624MHz processor, a 2.44-inch display with 480 x 320 pixels, and it keeps Wi-Fi, GPS, 3G, a HVGA display, and the same chassis as the Bold 9700. It will also run on RIM’s latest BlackBerry OS 6. As for the price point here in the Philippines, it is estimated to be the same as the Bold 9700 (28,995 pesos for a Globe prepaid kit).
