Call center agents file legal suit against Dell Philippines
Seventy call center agents filed a legal suit against Dell Philippines for alleged illegal dismissal.
Accompanied by their lawyers, the dismissed agents trooped to the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) office in Quezon City to file the case. The call center agents said they were dismissed from the company last April 19, which they claim is in violation of employment contracts.
The dismissed agents are seeking immediate reinstatement, full payment of their back wages, plus moral and exemplary damages.

The call center business has probably been really exploited by some.
But I think justice can be served with obvious facts.
