Kidnapping in CALABARZON for internal organs?

Mobile text messages about a certain group roaming around and kidnapping children in CALABARZON (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, and Quezon) supposedly to sell their internal organs to the black market and sold for patients needing organ replacement are a hoax, that’s according to Philippine National Police Director General Avelino Razon.
