The announcement was made during the live finale episode of the reality show last night, February 10, at Studio 7 of GMA Network.

Betong got 4 votes from juries Maey Bautista, Chuckie Dreyfus, Arthur Solinap, at KC Montero. Mara Yokohama got 2 votes from juries Arnold Aninion at John Odulio while Stef Prescott got the vote of jury Gino dela Peña.

Betong took home the 1 million peso cash prize, which was awarded to him by GMA-7 Chairman and CEO Felipe Gozon and GMA-7 President and COO Gilberto Duavit, Jr.

It stars Marco Gumabao, Kiray Celis, Igiboy Flores, Angeli Gonzales, CJ Navato, and Miles Ocampo. Members of its cast include Rhap Salazar, Alfred Labatos, Bangs Garcia, Smokey Manaloto, Bentong, Cai Cortez, Hyubs Azarcon, and Joy Viado.

It’s a story of three young girls — Camille, Whitney and April who just transferred to Lamberto Uy Villarama University to finish High School, only to find out that they will learn the highs and lows of being in love at a very young age.

Luv U is directed by Bobot Mortiz and premieres on February 19, right after after ASAP 2012.

The two will pretend to be housemates swapped from Big Brother Czech Republic. They will go up against Wayuk and High Voltage.

Anthony and David, 19 were raised in Australia and played for the San Beda Red Lions. They will be playing next for the UAAP champion Ateneo Blue Eagles.

Meanwhile, the latest set of nominees for eviction are Paco and Tin. The latter was nominated for failing in “The Big Road Trip” task while the former was automatically nominated for violating a PBB house rule where he talked to fellow housemates Seiichi and Kevin about his possible nomination.

Wendy Tabusalla was evicted last Saturday, February 4. She went head-to-head with close friend Deniesse in the text and online votes. In the end, Wendy got 46.41% while Deniesse got 53.59%.

In this series, Kylie plays Bea, a sweet yet assertive teen who meets a turning point in her life when her mother dies and her father (played by Raymond Bagatsing) marries someone (Alicia Mayer) she disapproves of. As she learns of her stepmother’s true intentions, Bea is forced to reveal a tougher side to her personality and fight for the sake of her family.

The Good Daughter is directed by Mike Tuviera and premieres this February 13 after Kokak on GMA Afternoon Prime.

Lead stars of Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw

It is top billed by Kris Aquino, Robin Padilla, and Anne Curtis.

It’s about two sisters who are polar opposites who are brought together by a big challenge they must both face. Kris will portray the older but responsible sister while Anne is the younger and rebellious one.

Robin is cast as the man who will come between them. Child star Xyriel Manabat is also part of the cast.

“I’m so excited kasi Anne and I will represent lahat ng emotions na nararamdaman ng kababaihan when it comes to being in love. Excited ako also kasi we’ll get to see the dynamics kung paano ang relationship ng magkatapid, makikita ninyo how two women will relate to each other,” said Kris.

Shooting of the said series starts on February 21.

The lead cast of Nang Dahil sa Pag-ibig

Members of its cast include Techie Agabayani, Sandy Andolong, Rey “PJ” Abellana, Denise Laurel, Rafael Rosell, and Christopher de Leon.

This series was previously launched and titled as “Padre de Pamilya.” So what’s the reason behind the change? “We just wanted it to be more universal because everything that happens around us is all about love kaya Nang Dahil Sa Pag-ibig ito ay nangyari. Ito ang makikita niyo as you watch the soap, its all about love, its all about the conflict ng umiibig at nang dahil sa pag-ibig ito yung naging conflict ng bawat isa.” said Piolo.

Nang Dahil sa Pag-ibig is directed by Jerry Lopez Sineneng and premieres soon on ABS-CBN’s Primetime Bida.
