Charice Pempengco to sing on The Ellen DeGeneres Show
15-year-old Little Big Star finalist, Charice Pempengco was invited by American stand-up comedian Ellen DeGeneres to sing on her show.
Charice got the invitation last month. The video that wowed viewers, including Ellen, was uploaded on the popular video sharing site YouTube, showing the young talent performing an upbeat song in a Korean TV show StarPatrol. Charice joined ABS-CBN’s Little Big Star when she was just 12 years old but she did not win the grand prize.

charice has a wonderful voice. khit pa nman nung nsa little big star pa sya. idk bkit hindi sya ang nging champion. i think na politica sya. hehe good looks lang nman ang nkapanalo kay sam concepcion eh. kung voice lang nman ang pguusapan e mas magaling si charice. now i know this is a BIG LOST for abs-cbn. however mas mganda na to. mas mrming mkukuha si charice na projects and she can really be called a STAR dhil pang hollywood ang voices nya. go charice!!!

Charice sa ABS-CBN parin xa! inalagaan xa inayos ng star records at ang ABS-CBN sa pagpunta nya sa los angeles pra mag guess sa ellen degeneres show at naipagmamalaki nya ang pagiging pilipino nya at nung nsa korea xa ngpapasalamat nga xa sa ABS-CBN e! We Love u Charice

i wasn’t saying na charice is not in abs-cbn. sbi ku lang sna si charice nlang ang gnawa nlang champion at hindi si sam. pra sakin lang nman. don’t mean to mean anything wrong. sorry kung mali ang pgkaintindi or mali ang pgkasabi ko. bsta! go charice!

c charice talaga ang the best para sa akin at inicip ko din b4 na baka c Sam dahil mahilig ang kapamilya magpachampion ng di masyadong the best!!!, mas prefered daw nila ang my x factor… haller! singing competition 2 at hindi looks ang pagbabasihan………….

Wow! i was really thrilled when i saw her sa youtube….i was browsing yahoo philippines lang then and nakita ko sya as a front line news there..i searched some more and nakita ko na ellen invited her and gave her tickets and more para mag guest sya sa ellen degeneres show…Cool!! libreng ITOUCH pa! hehe galing tlaga nang mga pilipino! really gives ya goosebumps upon seeing here sing like that!
i also saw there na nakipag compete sya sa isang reality show sa ABS bago pa ang lahat and nde sya nanalo?!?!!? WAT?!?! ayan na naman siguro at umiral na naman ang ABS on choosing those with “extreme” looks rather on those with obvious “superb” talents! tsk tsk tsk! ABS should be pawned to death because of that! kahit ano pang sabihin nila at hatak nila na galing syang ABS, i dont think na ma eerase nila ang fact na pinili nila ang iba kesa sa kanya..e mukhang world class naman talga sya! ika nga e “dati pinili ang maganda, pero ngayong sikat na ang naiwan dati, hahabol-habol naman ang iba dyan…” tsk tsk tsk! nakakapanghinayang talaga. kung pinapanalo nila sya and nde namolitika, edi big star sya ngayon dun and stay in celebrity sya!
For charice, sana stay ka na dyan sa America, put into good word! and prove everyone that Filipinos are really great singers, wag ka muna bumalik dito sa pinas dahil pag aagawan ka nang mga “vultures” dito for sure yan! Make a name for urself and prove all of them wrong! :)

wala namang politika…. depede yan sa judge. merung criteria sa pag rate ng score…. pag nakita ng ABS-CBN na merun kang talent talaga… aalagaan ka kahit 1st, 2nd or 3rd ka pa… kahit last pa.
tignan mo si makisig… hindi sya ang pinili ng judges to win sa grand prize ng little big star… pero sya ang child super star ngayun, db! think of it!

sabagay may point ka naman dyan…in my opinion lang tlaga, sayang lang ang nangyari sa kanya e, bat sya parang nde naalagaan, bat ngayon may nangyayari sa kanya e saka sya iniinterview dun?..Basta all in all, lets not fight about it..lets just bid her lots of luck there in the states kasi kung ano man ang mangyari sa kanya dun, filipina pa din sya and itataguyod nya ang pilipinas para sating lahat (wag lang syang papaloko..hehe!)
iniisip ko nga na sana ma feature sya sa mga contests like Americas got talent or American idol as a model singer e…..cool un diba? makikilala pa tayong lahat because of it! world class talaga!

ang mga video for Charice appearance on korean tv and elle’s show was favorited not just by filipinos but from different nationalities all over the world…just look at the names in the recent ratings for the vid and click their names, you will find where the person came from and his/her profile…yung iba nga….nasa music & fim industry ang job nila…yet almost all of their favorite videos are charice appearance on diff. shows…
