Charo Santos-Concio is new president of ABS-CBN

ABS-CBN chairman and CEO Gabby Lopez recently announced the appointment of Charo Santos-Concio as the new president of ABS-CBN Broadcasting Network.
The 52-year-old TV executive now assumes the position formerly held by Eugenio “Geny” Lopez Jr., Freddie Garcia, Eugenio “Gabby” Lopez III, and Cito Alejandro. She also holds the distinction of being the first woman president of the network. As president, all subsidiaries and divisions (Studio 23, ANC, Cinema One, ABS-CBN Publishing, Interactive, the PR Group, etc.) will report to her.
