I'm sure he's not sincere. Meron talagang mga taong ganyan ang ugali. At saka yung justification niya na yung word na servant ay sacred daw at "people are sevants of God" at yung "government official is a civil servant" ay hindi majujustify yung sinabi niya dahil malinaw na hindi sa ganung context ng word na yun niya ginamit sa article niya na yun. Mukha pa lang niya eh talagang nay pagka-mayabang na itong si "cheap chow" eh. Mukhang villain talaga. Mataas ang tingin niya sa sarili niya. He just tried to make it well-crafted but it still struck me as "namimilosopo." Haaay! Yes, we do have domestic helpers working for them. That is a fact. But the sad part is, the clueless and senile Chip Tsao make it seem that because they pay you for your services, they already "own" you and can say anything whatever they want. It is not as if these employers are the most "humane" in their treatment of their helps. To give a person employment and demand good service is one thing. Making them loyal to you is another -- it is gained through constant respect and genuine concern. Chip Tsao's column is telling of his real attitude towards the Filipinos -- he thinks he as an HK citizen owns us because of the money he pays his help and by that he will say anything about us and we will kowtow to it.
