Comelec ready for Oct. 29 SK and Barangay elections

The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) is all set for the Sangguniang Kabataan and Barangay Elections that will be held on October 29, 2007.

This year marks the fourth SK elections. The first three were held in 1992, 1996 and 2002.
