Cory Aquino diagnosed with colon cancer
Former president Corazon “Cory” Aquino has been diagnosed with colon cancer.
Kris Aquino, read a statement on live television over ABS-CBN with Korina Sanchez that said her mother had gone in for tests after suffering from high blood pressure and difficulty breathing during the Christmas and New Year holidays, then a persistent cough and weight loss. “The result showed our mother is suffering from cancer of the colon,” she said. It was also the request of their mother to air the statement of her condition in the hope that millions of Filipinos will pray for the fomer president.

I disagree with her recently political actions lately, but I deeply respect her role as the Philippines’ first female president and her part in People Power. I hope she get well soon.

I also don’t agree with her political stunts the past years (lalo na when she supported ERAP!) but I’m also hoping that she gets well. Though it looks like it is already serious, eh.

sobrang nirerespeto ko sya, pero talagang hindi ko gusto mga ginagawa nya lately, parang inuudyukan nya ang taong bayan na mag alsa, na lalong napapabaon sa atin sa kahirapan. Pero napkalaki ng nagawa nya para sa restoration ng demokrasya, sa pilipinas at maging sa buong mundo.. Sana gumaling sya…Sana wag na syang mag rallly……….
