The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced Monday that 3,973 out of 8,216 or 48.36% passed the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Licensure Exam given by the Board of Accountancy in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo and Legazpi this October 2010.
