28-year-old actor Dennis Trillo is on the cover of the February 2010 issue of Men’s Health Philippines magazine.
Dennis first graced the cover of the said magazine last October 2007. This time around, he sports a leaner physique, which is a product of Yaw-yan (Sayaw ng Kamatayan) and MMA (mixed martial arts). Yaw-yan is a Filipino martial art, which combines kickboxing with ground fighting techniques and weapons. “Naisip ko na kailangan ko talaga maging healthy para makaiwas sa sakit, lalo na s’yempre, di na ako bumabata.” he said.
