It’s my first time to renew my passport last week and it goes smooth and I don’t have to use my government id to enter dfa at roxas boulevard side, the only problem i had is the people near the dfa somewhat like fixers or barkers, that if you don’t know where will you going you will end up confused and a victim of so-called travel agents, it’s very annoying. I hope that the top management of dfa will check this problem.
Today, I accompanied my mother, a senior citizen, i even used e-passport system, it’s very good, though, when we arrived this morning, a man shouted to us, “hindi dyan ang dfa duun”, but i strongly disagree, we proceeded to gate 3 as per instruction of e-appointment. It took us 45 minutes to process. I praise the staff and management of DFA. Please check these people (travel agents) who tries to convince people to get their service forcibly. Thank you for wonderful service of DFA. “wag lang yung mga tao na nasa labas, maraming naka helera sa daan, maraming ahente. Thank you.
