DZMM Radyo Patrol 630 wins silver prize in New York Festivals

ABS-CBN’s radio station, DZMM Radyo Patrol 630 won a silver prize in the prestigious New York Festivals for Radio Broadcasting Breaking News Story category (longform) for its special coverage of the Manila Hostage Drama that took place last year.
ABS-CBN vice-president for Manila Radio Division, Peter Musngi together with DZMM program and production services manager Marah Faner Capuyan and DZMM executive producer Nannette Quong received the award Thursday night at the Tribaca Rooftop in New York City. The annual event honors the most original and innovative work in radio broadcasting from around the globe. Aside from the silver prize, DZMM was also a finalist in the Talk Show Host category for their science-oriented show Bago Yan, Ah!
