There are no truth to nasty rumors of Ely Buendia’s death.
This, in essence was the response of Ely Buendia’s manager Day Cabuhat after rumors circulating since yesterday saying that the former Eraserheads frontman had passed away due to complications brought by his heart ailment after undergoing an angioplasty last September 1.
The rumor, which was spread like wildfire through text messages said that a news blackout is allegedly currently being implemented by Ely’s immediate family and close friends since all of them are at lost on how to break the sad news to the public. Cabuhat said that Ely just laughed at the reports.
