Ely Buendia rushed to the Hospital

Ely Buendia who was the former vocalist of the phenomenal band Eraserheads was rushed to hospital due to a heart attack.
The 36 year old Buendia came from a gig in Laguna when he complained of chest pains. An angioplasty was performed to unblock his arteries and is reportedly in a stable condition. He will be out of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) tonight.
Update: Ely’s first angioplasty was done at the Asian Hospital. He was then brought to the Philippine Heart Center for his second angioplasty. Ely is now in a stable condition and is on the way to recovery.
