The man who allegedly orchestrated the malversation of 728 million pesos meant for farmers, former agriculture undersecretary Jocelyn “Jocjoc” Bolante is reportedly due to return to Manila, Philippines on Tuesday, October 28.

According to the US Department off Homeland Security’s deportation order on Bolante, he will be sent back from the United States aboard a Northwest Airlines plane and will arrive at 10:45PM.
