Filipina Kimverlie Molina is WCOPA 2009 winner
18-year-old Filipina Kimverlie Molina who represented Saudi Arabia bagged the gold in the senior vocals category in the recently concluded World Championships of Performing Arts (WCOPA) 2009.
She bested five other contestants from Russia, Malaysia, Sweden and two other Filipinos in the finals. Kim is the eldest daughter of Dr. Ronaldo Molina and Myrna Soriano from Al Khobar, eastern Saudi Arabia.

i followed this kid since she was in grade school here in the eastern province of saudi arabia, i told myself that she will have a bright future in singing… now she made it, i also heard in the balitang ME from abs-cbn that abs-cbn programs in manila awaits her for tv guesting, i.e. asap and wowowee!!! congrats kim for bagging that top gold award in that event…!!!

na alala ng grupo yong huli mong concert sa jubail, ang sabi mo ay may na mi missed ka sa grupo ng GRII-DSC at tinanong ka namin kung ano yon, at sinabi mong gusto mong marinig ang isang BAGSAK kaya sabay sabay naming sinabi ang ”isang baksak huu”…kaya seguro ginawa mo rin sa WCOPA ang isang bagsak kaya bagsak nga silang lahat wow ang galing mo talaga kim….
