Filipina Kimverlie Molina is WCOPA 2009 winner

18-year-old Filipina Kimverlie Molina who represented Saudi Arabia bagged the gold in the senior vocals category in the recently concluded World Championships of Performing Arts (WCOPA) 2009.

She bested five other contestants from Russia, Malaysia, Sweden and two other Filipinos in the finals. Kim is the eldest daughter of Dr. Ronaldo Molina and Myrna Soriano from Al Khobar, eastern Saudi Arabia.
