Finally, Paypal now available in the Philippines
The list of countries that are allowed to sign up for a paypal account has just been increased from 55 to 103 countries which includes the Philippines. But as of the moment Filipino paypal users can only send payments to other paypal users. We cannot receive nor withdraw funds from our accounts just yet. This is good news for online shoppers but quite disappointing for merchants. But hey this is a good start.
