Floods in the Philippines due to typhoon Ondoy

Heavy and continuous rains brought on by typhoon “Ondoy” on Saturday flooded communities in Metro Manila and other provinces of the northern Philippines.

Areas under Storm Signal No. 2 include:

Aurora, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Nueva Ecija, Pangasinan, Tarlac, Zambales, Pampanga, Bulacan, Rizal, Northern Quezon, and Polillo Island.

Under Storm Signal No. 1 are:

Isabela, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Benguet, La Union, Ilocos Sur, the rest of Quezon, Laguna, Cavite, Batangas, Mindoro provinces, Lubang Island, Marinduque, Camarines
Norte, Bataan, and Metro Manila.

    mayroon po lang ako comment about floods in metro manila.ito p ay warning p lang yan binigyan sample sa next typoon magiging dagat ang metro manila.masyado p nation inabuso ang ating inang kalikasan jan part or rizal n bulacan lahat bundok ano ginawa pinotul mga kahoy pinatag ginawa ng subdivision para magkapera ngayon my desaster nasaan cla.bkit pinayagan ng DENR gawin ganitoang bundok kalbuhin at patagin like montalban rizal.ito babala sa ating inang kalikasan pinag samantala at sasabihin ay climate change .

    sana mag karoon ng initiative to plant trees sa mga bundok. kung magsasama-sama yung mga naapektuhan ng bagyo and each one will plant trees, I’m sure, when a typhoon like Ondoy hits us again, we will be ready.

    Well…no matter where we live even in USA…..during the time bagyong ondoy …..is tearing up Luzon……here in USA especially in Atlanta ,Georgia ,USA…we got the same thing …we have bad storms and heavy flood….well united state…..or we will say it Atlanta eorgia have a lot of tress…….than manla…but what happen..binabaha ang Atlanta…amerika na kaya to…………sabihin nlng natin………it’s in God hand only we are safe………and it could be u sleep and won’t get up anymore……..Because God is more powerful…..people forgot God……..for they think always that they need more money..and when they have the money…they destroy the Earth……look guys………love God and this earth…we will just passing by……….in this earth…….

    Safety is in God’s hands but I believe we also have responsibility to take care of ourselves, others and the environment. If there’s one question we should ask right now, it’s not “Whose to blame?” but “What happens if I die now?” I hope that the latter would help us ponder on the things we are/have been doing that we may continue/ choose to do things that are pleasing to God.

    it is very unfortunate for our Filipino brothers to be hit by typhoon Ondoy. i have seen the massive flooding and the flood victims on TV and it is really horrible.

    kapatid na chris papaano mong nasabi na GOD’s wrath ang nangyari, huwag mong sisihin ang diyos grabe ka naman sisihin mo nag mga taong sumira ng ating kalikasan, kapatid hindi gusto ng diyos na mangsiar ng buhay, papaano mong na sabing may god sisi ka ng sisi diyan sigurado ka ba?
