Former First Lady Imelda Marcos celebrates 78th birthday
Immediate family members and the closest of friends attended the birthday celebration of Imelda Marcos at the Maharlika Guesthouse in Canlubang, Laguna.
The Maharlika is currently under the administration of the Department of Tourism after it was sequestered by the Presidential Commission on Good Government when the Marcoses fled the Philippines in 1986. Mrs. Marcos chose to celebrate her birthday at the former presidential mansion because the Marcos family had beautiful memories of the place.
