After they’ve manually confirm your registration, they will send you a free iTunes Music Code which you can use to download a song from the iTunes Music Store.

just buy an itunes card, there is no use in wasting valuable time signign up and getting free songs when you could buy gift cards. and the free songs suck, they sound like garbage!!! and limewire is illegal and gives crappy songs. just use itunes gif crads and dont be a lazy bum. just go buy one and buy your songs…its not the end of the world that you dont get free songs!!! Derrr ;p
