Your SmartBro stinks! And it stinks a lot! I cant believe how slow the connection is and very unstable! The number of bars don’t indicate anything. I am charged as the kbps starts from 0 to upwards and still not be connected while this is going on…and charged as well as the disconnection takes a long time too. I am charged like P50/hr of use including the above glitz and not actual usage. It’s frustrating and so disappointing to use! The truth is…you are good in advertising but not in delivery of service, which means you are after money only, and not honest-to-goodness service! I don’t recommend it to anyone, and will dissuade people from buying it!

ang bagal ng smart bro wifi really sucks, bumubilis lang pag madaling araw.. pero bihira lng!! pnwesto ko na sa buong house ung wifi wala talaga.. nag sisisi ako bat pa smart bro wifi pnakabit ko.. sobrang bagal di ko makapag download lage na ddisconnect..

hay nako mag sara na kayo.. sa mga mag babalak mag pakabit ng smart bro mag isip isip kayo..

Wala akong reklamo sa service ng smartbro, OK naman sa akin pero yong promo last year nila palpak, kesyo daw may problema sa warehouse hangagng ngayon di pa naaayos, yong unit na napili ko wala pa hanggang ngayon. Sabi nila if one year subscriber ka sa smartbro, you can avail promo, just choose any unit from the list promo and pay for 1 year in installment basis, follow up naman ako lagi same reason pa rin. Ang masasabi ko lang sa smart hwag nang mag-promo kung hindi naman sure. GETS NYO HAH!!!!

it’s been a while since i posted my comments/reklamo here and madami parin pla nagrereklamo sa ngaun. i shifted to pldt mydsl after experiencing a disastrous connection with smart-BROKE. many people say depende daw sa location ang connection mo with smart-BROKE. we’ll i think it’s not kc katabi lng ng bahay nmin ung base station nila. it’s in pandacan/nagtahan. so suppose to be maganda sana connection samin but why the hell i still get a crappy connection! sorry ha. antagal ko na wala sa smart-BROKE pero galit parin ako up until now. what can i do. a lot of money is wasted with this bull$#!+ smart-BROKE. i’m so sorry. i shouldn’t be acting like this. nadadala lng ako ng emotions ko. haha. but it’s our right to post comments naman diba so people will see if something is worth gastusing. haha.
