Gabriel leaks Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Transcript?

A hacker named Gabriel aka “go harry” claims to have hacked into the computers of Bloomsbury Publishing, the publisher of the Harry Potter books.

He posted plot spoilers which happens near the end of the story on the insecure.org site. He also posted why he did the exploit:

We did it by following the precious words of the great Pope Benedict XVI when he still was Cardinal Josepth [sic] Ratzinger.
He explained why Harry Potter bring the youngs of our earth to Neo Paganism faith.

So we make this spoiler to make reading of the upcoming book useless and boring

He claimed to have gotten access to a draft of the transcript by sending an email-borne threat to employees at Bloomsbury.

I believe “Gabriel” is a liar. He can barely even put two sentences together and he expects us to believe that he is smart enough to hack into corporate computers. (And these corperations pay big bucks to have computer security)

  2. skyekills Says:

    only fool who believe such..

  3. Sarah Says:

If he did have a copy… where’s the proof? Even a Paragraph from the book would be mind-buggling enough. There’s really big chance he’s faking it.

  4. ADC Says:

Prove it. Provide even one paragraph of the book in advance of publication. Otherwise yet another religious extremist to be abhorred by all. Gabriel’s motives really suck…

  5. CommonSense Says:

The so called leak is a load of rubbish. The Bloomsbury publishing wouldn’t leave a copy of a world famous book like Harry Potter that unprotected that a simple email virus could access it. Even the simplest of virus protections can guard from email viruses, and even if the virus protection could’nt remove the virus it could at least detect it so that people dont open the email. This Gabriel is just a pathetic man or woman trying to get attantion and make him or herself seem noble for leaking it out to the public. SO what i am trying to say is theres a chance this Gabriel could have done it, but with todays computer protection and the technology used to keep things from being leaked to the public, its not very likely. I dont think he did what he says he did, but that is my opinion not yours. You decide what you think is true.

Not that I believe any of this “leaking” crap, but what does grammatical expertise have to do with hacking?

I know hackers who can hack you into oblivion yet can’t even read or write (let alone speak) one single word of english.

That was a very prejudiced statement, Steve.

  7. Mariah Says:

You have no proof what so ever. Everything you “hacked” sounds absurd anyway; JKR has better writing skills than that. You can’t even produce one paragraph from the book, or say how many pages, or the last word, or anything! This is a load of crap!

  8. Lol Says:

lol youve been proved WORNG now loser.

  9. IceMonkey Says:

All you dumbass losers get over it.
