Gerry Peñalosa Loses bid for World Boxing Title

Former World Super Flyweight champion Gerry Peñalosa was beaten by World Boxing Organization (WBO) super bantamweight champion Daniel Ponce De Leon via a unanimous decision.
The judges scores were 119-109,119-109, and 120-108. Earlier, Filipino flyweight Diosdado Gabi defeated Columbian Antonio Cochero via a second round TKO.
