Girl Dies after fall from air glory ride at Lifest 2007
A girl died Saturday after falling from an amusement ride called the Air Glory ride at Lifest 2007 in Wisconsin.
The girl who was not identified was taken to a local hospital after the incident but it was too late. The Air Glory ride has been described as being similar to bungee-jumping. A witness said the girl appeared to be in her mid-teens was with another person when they went up in the ride. The release was pulled and a snapping sound was heard. One person stayed swinging while the unlucky girl hit the ground. Lifest is an annual Christian music festival also featuring other fun entertainment such as sports and amusement park rides.
