grabe sobrang mahal talaga ng internet services sa atin tapos sub standard pa ang service, we are using smart bro prepaid sa bahay madalas walang signal, konting ulan lang may diperensia na agad sa connection. am working in bangkok and my apartment offers a wifi internet service at 500 baht a month approx 650 pesos a month, it’s unlimited access at 2 MBPS connection speed. I used to be a subscriber of DTAC GPRS connection and i used my mobile to connect to my notebook the speed is only 150 kbps at 199 baht per month or around 260 pesos per month for 140 hours a month per month.

the problem with smart and globe and other networks that offer internet service, the consumers do not get the expected benefit from the networks war and competition. they keep on introducing new services without improving it.

SLOW-slow- slow. I think it took me hours to download and watch the videos that were sent by the client for me to view and be acquainted with and it was a hassle on my part as well as I’d have to research for more sources online to write his articles and it ate up my day!
Yan ang message ni Jam sa Globe prepaid connection. He was disappointed after using the product for the first time.

I use Smart Bro Prepaid Broadband and while the service is slower during peak hours 3pm to 8pm, it is better than the tiny screen on my iPhone. I’m sure as more subscribers sign on, the service will improve, if not, the rollout is doomed to failure. As much as I have a love and hate relationship with my prepaid mobile broadband provider, it is still better than no Internet connection.
