PLAN. Don't get prepaid - the network is Congested accdg to the salesperson. Right now I'm using globe tattoo plan and here in Cebu the signal can go as high as 600kbps. But it`s wireless so you gotta expect the surges and the lows. I didn't get Wired because I got to be mobile. Just somthing to consider.
