24 Oras is a Best News Program finalist for its report on Super Typhoon Milenyo, Philippine Agenda is a Best Social Awareness Program finalist for its report on Education while Emergency is also a finalist on the same category for its report titled “Mga Batang Magsusunog”, Reporter’s Notebook is a Best Current Affairs Program finalist, Maki Pulido and Jiggy Manicad are finalists for the Best Current Affairs Presenters, Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho is a Best Infotainment finalist, and Michael V and Ogie Alcasid are finalists for Best Comedy Performance by an Actor. The winners will be announced at the Asian TV Awards Gala dinner in Singapore on November 29.
