The Grand Barista Cup Finals will be held on September 26, 2009 from 3PM to 7PM at the World Trade Center, which will pit regional champion baristas from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao as well as two winners of the recent Philippine Barista Cup against each other.

Participants are required to prepare 3 kinds of concoctions under the following categories: espresso, cappuccino, and the barista’s signature concoction. Entries will be judged according to taste, presentation, and the participant’s technical skills.

The grand barista champion will represent the country in the Asian Barista Cup to be held in Singapore on April 2010 and the World Barista Cup in June 2010.
