GRP-MILF MoA draft pact on Bangsamoro homeland

Here is the draft of the memorandum of agreement (MOA) establishing an expanded Bangsamoro homeland hammered out during negotiations between the Philippine government and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) and scheduled to be signed in Kuala Lumpur Tuesday.

The Supreme Court, however, issued a temporary restraining order (TRO) to preserve the status quo after an en banc session called to act on petitions filed by local officials in Zamboanga City and North Cotabato questioning the memorandum of agreement.
