Gwapotel opens to the public
President Arroyo inaugurated Metro Manila Development Authority’s bed and bath project called Gwapotel as part of today’s Labor Day celebration.
Gwapotel is a transient hotel ideal for workers and small-scale businessman from the provinces. Just Php20 for an overnight stay and Php5 for an 8-minute shower it’s really reasonable. Those who wish to avail of the hotel’s services must present a worker’s ID to the front desk. It is located at the rehabilitated four-story NAPOCOR building at Bonifacio Drive, Port Area in Manila.
