Ricky Hatton (42-0-0, 30 KOs) puts his IBO light welterweight world title on the line against Mexican Jose Luis Castillo (55-7-1, 47 KOs) in a much anticipated showdown Saturday night at Las Vegas’ Thomas & Mack Center.

Thousands of Hatton supporters who have made the trip from England, as well as Castillo’s loyal Mexican fans will be watching the fight. Both fighters are hopeful that Saturday’s fight will go down as one of the best fights of all time. “This fight has the potential to be like the first Corrales fight,” said Castillo. “When fight fans have video collections of the greatest fighters of all time and the greatest fights of all time on the shelves, I want one of Ricky Hatton’s to be on those shelves,” Hatton said. “And I think this could be it because this has all the makings.”
