How to convert Globe MyRewards into items

If you are an active Globe Prepaid and Tattoo subscriber, you can exchange points for various items with MyRewards MyGlobe.

First, to know your available points, text Bal to 4438. Then text ITEMS to 4438 to get a list of reward items. To claim it, text REDEEM (space) ITEM CODE to 4438. You can also share your points to your friends or family members. Just text SHARE (space) 10-digit MOBILE NO. (space) points to 4438. The redemption of points earned in 2010 is extended until April 17. Unredeemed 2010 points will expire on April 18, 2011.

    4438 is always texting me to remind me to redeem my points, but whenever I try to, I am unable to redeem my points even if I followed all the instructions on how to redeem the points.

    For instance, I texted REDEEM UNLI40 to 4438.

    But I just got the reply, “Sorry, you’ve entered an invalid keyword. For more info on the correct keyword, text REWARDS to 4438.”

    My keyword is not wrong. I just copied and pasted it from the text message of Globe that told me to redeem my words and gave the example of how to do it.

    This is not the first time that 4438 has told me that my keyword was invalid. In the past, when I tried to redeem my points for SM gift certificates, I was also told my keyword was invalid, even if I just copied and pasted the item code contained in the text message Globe’s 4438 sent me.

    Why do they tell us we have rewards if we can’t redeem them anyway?

    Oh yes, I tried calling the number of Globe in the phone book. The person who answered said she didn’t know how to solve my problem.

    Would anyone out there in cyberspace know how I can redeem these points before they expire at the end of this week?

    just type REDEEM (space) the item you want to redeem and send to 4438…for example REDEEM UNLITXT20 then send to 4438

    All the letters of REDEEM should be capitalized. Did you happen to type this word in small letters?
