Here’s how to reload your Cignal TV prepaid subscription:
First you must know your account number and your subscription plan (i.e. Plan 250, Plan 390, etc.). If you don’t know your account number, just text your Smart Card Serial No. to 0918-9244625. To know your Smart Card No., just pull out the card from your cignal box. The number is located at the back. Remember your account number and go to the nearest Smart load retailer. Give them your Account number and the amount of your subscription. Make sure that your box is plugged in before you reload. That’s it.
